Hi! Why do x35 bike parts are not "arriving" anymore. "arriving" quantity is always at 0, so there's a lot of pieces I can't order.

the air screw on the carb is the one i always have to keep adjusting why is that
A: Once the air screw is set +- 1/2 turn, the motor should run fine cold and hot. If the screw does not move on its own and I doubt that it does, Your problem is probably ignition related. Since you haven't said what the symptoms are, I'm going to guess that your problem is poor idle and/or misfire at idle, maybe even at speed when fully warmed up. It is not uncommon for ignition components to work fine when cold and act up when warm/hot. Top 3 things to check 1: spark plug, put a new, properly gapped good quality plug in and run her for a couple hours and see if that solves your problem. 2:Replace the ignition module under the seat with a new one, or if you can borrow one that is known to be good (off a buddies bike). 3: Try a new ignition coil and wire (or again borrow for diagnostic purposes if possible). Try only one at a time and hopefully you will nail the problem. by marv2 - middle musquodoboit, Nova Scotia, 08/05/2011 05:27 PM
A: different temperatures and altitudes affect fuel mixture so periodic adjustment is normal, but check the nuts holding the carb to the manifold. you may find that they are loose or missing. by rsoul - haute aboujagane, New Brunswick, 05/09/2012 10:03 PM

why do i always have to play around with the carb after riding it for an hour
A: What is your Issue? The only things externally to "play" with on the carb is an idle screw and an air screw. Have the air screw backed out 1 1/2 turns and the idle set to where you like it with engine warm. If you set the idle to where you like it when the engines cold, it will be reving to high when warmed up. by marv2 - middle musquodoboit, Nova Scotia, 08/02/2011 08:41 PM

does the orange x35 come with a black engine/frame?
A: Mine is silver on silver,it's my understanding that some are black on black but and that it's just random luck as to who gets what. by marv2 - middle musquodoboit, Nova Scotia, 08/02/2011 09:00 PM
