On the electric scooter, how does one go about putting that front wheel on? Since I got it, it just sat there and I am bewildered about what to do?

I've ran the battery charger all day and there is absolutely no indication that the battery is charging, how do I know if it's charging? I understand the lights on the charger, is there any more information beyond that?

is there a on/off butan on this tign i gave on to my son for is burtay i have order onescoter and a 50cc dirt bicke i gave it to him the oct 12 and the scoter dosent worke i have also order 2 mini beast 1 for a frend and 1 for my older son but now i dont ting im gona order any mor.
