Gio Bikes is proud to introduce our newest family member; 2010 Mini Beast 110cc ATV. This amazing ATV comes in several different two tone sport colors: black and dark gray, blue camo, yellow and blue, white and blue AND super new for 2010 GIO Orange.
2010 Model features a brand new design concept, massive chrome tip plated DUAL exhausts, two tone body and seat colors as well as a matching painted metal frame. The Mini Beast 110cc ATV is built with a light steel frame for the best performance and strength possible. All of these features are complemented with a high grade 110c aluminim block engine.
2010 Model also comes with front drum breaks. However this feature is optional and only available for an extra fee. Furthermore you can upgrade mini ATV with a start/stop remote and a security alarm, Mikuni (Japan) performance carburetor, and a storage cover.
This 110cc, air cooled, four-stroke engine delivers a great deal of power for a mini as well as great durability. Remarkable quality engines overall. We've been selling them for many years and with very little problems.
These motors come standard on all GIO mini ATV products.

Each ATV comes with a unique color combination, tremendous styling and comfortable seating.
Right hand side controls; showing the front brake lever as well as the thumb throttle control. Also includes a speed governor screw which will allow you to limit maximum speed.
Dual A-Arm suspension with pre-loaded front shocks for a more comfortable ride.
We redesigned the 2009 GIO quad to fit a large tip, chrome plated dual pipes for a slick look and deep sound. The dual pipes add a dazzling and custom look along with increased performance, acceleration and fuel economy.

NEW COOL FEATURES: ATV includes such features as a speed governor to the limit maximum speed, starting from 5 km/h and up. There is also a safety tether installed at the back of ATV which goes around your wrist and is used to kill the engine if ever the rider falls off.

We just put together gio beast, it started after pushing the button a few times, ran rough,then shut off. Now when you push the button nothing happens, no sound, no turnover. Lights work and tested wires from ignition and there's power getting to it, any suggestions?
A: the batteries are very weak on these bikes. Charge it or use a boster pack. I installed a trickle charger under the fender where another small battery may fit. have it plugged in all the time until in use. starts every time unless its freezing. by Flyercan - Quebec, Ontario, 05/29/2011 12:16 AM

A: Yes...Same happened to me. You have to change the CGI (electrical component). Just e-mail the seller and ask him to send you a COMPLETE electrical bundle kit. I did and shipping was minimal. I changed everything they sent me. ALSO --- VERY VERY VERY important. Mine caught on FIRE!!! The electrical wire are very close to top exhaust on this type of ATV. The others (ATV) have their exhaust on the bottom. Hence, guess what, one of the wires (bundle) leading to the battery touched the HOT exhaust and 'poof' instant caveman fire my friend!! The fire was very close to the gas tank. I was very very lucky to put it out on time or else my entire hourse (it was in the garage) would of have went. Like I said, the wires are crap on these, very loose. A: Okay, so took it all apart, tested all wires, found out it was a faulty salonoid, replaced it, worked for about two weeks (rough) now it won't make a sound, lights won't come on. A: I knew there was a 110 with reverse!. It used to be the 110 rebel T1. Now it is being sold with automatic only. Which is forward only. the picture shows it as a semi-auto though. A: Most are too small to worry about reverse to be beneficial (added weight, repairs and CO$T$) - most adult people can move it around with ease or load/unload using ramps without help. (only about 125 lbs total). by jfilz - Weyburn, Saskatchewan, 12/12/2011 08:40 AM
