Fully encolsed chain guard covering a drive chain to prevent debris flying over hitting the rider or vital bike parts.

I bought one of these a couple weeks ago and it worked great until today.It only has about 5 hours on it and i cant get the fuel to stop leaking out of the overflow at the bottom of the carberator.I already took it off and checked the float and the jet and needle valve every thing seems to be working properly but still wont stop leaking out the overflow line.Is there anything else I should check or is it a bad carberator.
