It all begins with a high quality 125cc 4 stroke motor, a SEMI AUTO transmission, high performance front DISK brakes, MAXXIS RAZR style front and rear tires. FEATURES
Dependable, high quality 125cc 4 stroke motor which is air cooled, single cylinder with SEMI AUTO transmission which makes shifting a pleasure. Gear shift lever can be seen on the left hand side of the photo.
The high performance front DISK brakes allow greater stopping power. This disk brake design is superior in comparison to drum brakes. Instead of housing the major components within a metal drum, disk brakes use a slim rotor and a small caliper to halt the wheel movement. Brake fluid is used to transfer the movement of the brake pedal into the movement of the brake pads.
Unlike drum brakes, which allow heat to build up inside the drum during heavy braking, the rotor used in disc brakes is fully exposed to outside air. This exposure works to constantly cool the rotorwhich greatly reduces it's tendency to overheat or cause fading.
Front disk brakes are mostly found on high performance atvs unlike drum brakes which are found on basic/standard models.
Race style foot rests & foot pegs.
Rear rack for additional storage capacity which also enbales the second rider to grab onto.
Heavy duty and aggressive, GIO's signature front black grill.
The right size rear axle, brake disk, sprocket, and brake caliper. NOT a flimsy type construction !
Pre-loaded high quality rear shock which is painted black to match the frame.
Left hand side controls; displaying the rear DISK brake lever, brake lock, brake master cylinder and choke lever. Also showing the start/stop switch and high/low beam switch.
Right hand side controls; displaying the thumb throttle lever with a speed governor screw as well as a front DISK brake lever.
Extra wide, high quality MAXXIS RAZR like rear tires. These tires provide a superior, championship-proven, puncture resistant thread design. The wide profile provides an increased grip during acceleration and braking. Top quality !

All orders that are shipped VIA freight (Day and Ross, Vitran) are shipped for pick up at the nearest depot. For home delivery and tailgate services please add 55.00 CAD. This is offered during checkout process. Please note that home delivery/tailgate fees are freight company fees not GIOBikes's.
All small items such as kids ATVS, Dirt Bikes, parts and accessories are shipped via UPS and will be delivered right to your door.

We purchased 2 of these units and are having some problems. One unit "clunks" loudly when under load (going up hill or starting on an incline), and then stalls. The other unit I cannot get to start. It turns over, has spark but does not appear to be getting fuel. I have tried adjusting both carb screws, but no luck. Any ideas?
