Why do you only post positive reviews? It is very misleading and unfair to potential buyers.
A: Well, because there are only positive reviews for our products. by admin - Vancouver, British Columbia, 02/22/2011 10:20 PM
A: Dear admin, that is strange because I posted a very honest, yet negative review and it never cleared moderation. by jim - Abbotsford, British Columbia, 02/22/2011 10:57 PM

Do you test the shocks prior to shipping because I've read of people, and myself received defective shocks, and had to deal with unsatisfactory customer service. My experience is here http://chinariders.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=11294
