All orders that are shipped VIA freight (Day and Ross, Vitran) are shipped for pick up at the nearest depot. For home delivery and tailgate services please add 55.00 CAD. This is offered during checkout process. Please note that home delivery/tailgate fees are freight company fees not GIOBikes's.
All small items such as kids ATVS, Dirt Bikes, parts and accessories are shipped via UPS and will be delivered right to your door.

I just ordered Model #2848, and I have several questions. When I choose the option to have the item delivered to my residence to pick up from a depot, where exactly is that depot? It would be delivered to Waterloo, ON. Also, how big is the box size?

What is the break in period for these bikes? How do you break them in properly for long term use? Do you or could you use supreme gas or regular? I'm 5"11, 200lbs. will this bike be too big or to small? Sounds like a great bike. Thanks guys.
