 Nov 03, 2010 Author: Rocky from Bad Boy Bikes When you find your chain falling off constantly and your trying and trying to tighten it and its just not working. Chances are your swing arm bearings need replacing. Easy well to tell is to loosen up the chain and then raise the rear of the Atv so both rear tires are off the ground and simply move the tires side to side and watch at the junction point where the swing asssembly is bolted to the frame. You will see a lot of movement and slop there. Normally on the sprocket side as thats where the tourque is delivered. Many things cause this issue like overloading the weight capacity, tightneing the chain to much etc. the rear swing arm bushings look like this These... These Atv's have come a very long way from the beginning and now control 45% of the power sports market in Canada and its growing everyday. This is not the ATV of 2006 and is by far a high quality top notch unit. Some common know how and common sense it required. The whole lock tite every bolt and nut on the thing is myth. I am a dealer and I have never used lock-tite on 1 machine yet. Simple common sense is required. When I uncrate a unit, I simply go thru every thing and snug up all nuts and bolts (these units come weeks by sea and things do come lose). And then again at the 10hour... Standing at 6 feet 4 inches and 320 lbs, Dylan is the 5 time Canadian Champion in shot put and the hammerthrow, he is also Canada's National record holder for the sport. Dylan placed 1st at the Pan-American Games and 4th place at the Summer Olympics in Bejing, he is now training for London 2012.
