Unassembled on arrival
Without this service, your product will come unassembled in a metal shipping frame and will require difficult assembly before use. Unfortunately our products’ manuals do not include a section on proper assembly. This means you will have to determine what goes where on your own! This can lead to performance and safety problems.
Proper tools and experience
Assembly requires a sizable work area (not indoors), a full set of automotive tools, and automotive maintenance and assembly experience. We do not recommend that customers without proper workshops and tools attempt assembly on their own! If this is the case, please let us assemble your product or take it to a local mechanic. You should have experience using power and air tools, and have access to an air compressor.
Our technicians have on average of 10 years working with all-terrain vehicles and automotive tools, with backgrounds from Honda, Yamaha, Bombardier and more. Our shop is fully outfitted with the latest tools to ensure your product is assembled properly and securely.
Proper tuning for optimal performance
On top of assembling your product out of the crate, our technicians will tune your product for optimal performance. This includes engine (valve and carburetor), brake, suspension, steering, and electrical tuning. We have a full suite of automotive testing and tuning equipment which go above and beyond what any regular customer will have access to. This ensures your product runs the best it possibly can!
Safety
Our technicians will check your product for any worn or incorrect parts and ensure safety-critical systems are up to code. You and your family’s safety is of paramount importance, so leave it up to our skilled technicians to ensure your product is safe.

RUSH PROCESSING
We will guarantee to get your order out of our warehouse same day or rush fee will be refunded.
Please note that order must be paid before noon Pacific Day Time to be eligible. If orders paid after 12:00pm it will be shipped the next day before noon guaranteed !
Rush processing is not eligible if you also order assembly service. We need 1-2 business days to assemble your product.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ONCE RUSH PROCESSING ORDER IS PLACED WE WILL CALL YOU TO VERIFY ORDER. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE WILL CALL YOU. IF WE WON'T BE ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU THE SAME DAY ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED SAME DAY AND WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED ONCE WE WILL TALK TO YOU.
EXTENDED ONE-YEAR GIO WARRANTY
