Countries We Ship To or not

We CANNOT ship ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, dune buggies, electric products, scooters and power products to USA or anywhere else in the world except for Canada. All the parts and accessories GIOBikes can ship internationally worldwide including USA, Europe, Australia – worldwide. Orders to international addresses, including USA, will incur additional shipping charges as applicable. We will also ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, VI, Guam but additional shipping will be incurred.

International Duties and Taxes

Note: all international shipments must list the value of merchandise on the outside of the package for customs reasons. All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders are shipped prepaid from Richmond, BC, Canada. Once we have accepted your order and shipped the product, we will make no refunds and accept no returns. Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.
