Is this a 12.5 foot or a 9.3 foot ladder?
A: As you can see by my questions posted below - I ordered 2 of them and they are both 9.3 feet. I contacted customer service and all they said was that "they are 12.5ft ladders" - and now they won't answer anymore e-mails.
They are exactly like the picture - each rung is 1 foot and there are 9 of them.

BEWARE .... they are telling you that this is a 12.5 foot ladder but once you receive it, you will find that it is only 9 feet long. Still a good ladder but a little shorter than they claim.

I purchased 2 of these 12.5 ft ladders in August and when I extended them and tried to get on my roof they wouldn't reach - My eaves are only 10 feet up. So i decided to measure them and they were only 9 feet 3 inches long. Just look at the picture - each rung is a foot and there are 9 of them.
This is a complaint to customer service but becasue this is a question forum I guess my question is .... Where is the other 3.5 feet of my 12.5 foot ladder?
