I had problems with this carb, hard starting. I upgraded to the mikuni carb, still need to fine tune, starts easier though.
Was looking at the factory carb an found the issue. I took off the bowl and float and saw there was a crack between the idle airway and the bowl. A bit of jb weld and installed it on the machine and she starts easy.
Not sure if it's a comon problem, quality control poor?
But now it's a usable spare if needed.
Just a fyi for someone having starting issues.

On brand new 110 Hummer, carb needle valve must be sticking and causing gas to overflow out air filter and bowl vent tube. I have taken the carb apart several times to see if float is jamed and ensure the needle valve is moving propertly....How can you fix this ?
A: There is a short breather tube that comes out of the carb and should be bent downward below the level of the carb. This will create a trap and will stop the carb from draining itself. par Doug - Dauphin, Manitoba, 04/05/2010 12:47 PM

Does this come with a spacer/gasket with the o ring. Because mine came damaged. I got no warranty anymore either.

I requires the gasket between the carb and the intake for my 110cc hummer. Just bought the machine brand new, and it won't run properly because of a broken spacer

Can you sell me just carburetor float ?? for 110 cc??

How can i adjust the good throttle? I bought a mini beast 110cc, and when i start the engine the motors run at high speed.
